Where do we pick you up at DXB?
We’ll send exact pickup instructions and a WhatsApp share-location on the day. In short:
- Terminal 1: Arrivals hall, driver with name-board.
- Terminal 2: Arrivals hall, agreed meeting point.
- Terminal 3 (Emirates): Arrivals hall after customs, driver with name-board.

Meet & Greet and waiting time
Meet & greet in the arrivals hall is included. We monitor flights and adjust for normal delays. A complimentary waiting window is provided after actual landing. If baggage or immigration takes longer than usual, just message our team on WhatsApp so we can keep the driver close.
Vehicle classes & luggage guide
Choose a vehicle that fits both passengers and bags comfortably:
- Sedan: up to 2–3 passengers, 2–3 suitcases.
- SUV/MPV: ideal for families/groups with extra luggage.

Travelling with children
Child seats are available on request at no cost. Let us know the age of each child in advance so we can set up the right seats. Please request at least 24 hours before arrival during busy periods.

- Short‑notice bookings: : fully chargeable once confirmed and driver details are issued.
